About the Role

This exciting opportunity is based at Head Office in Tygervalley, where you will contribute to the profitable development and financial results of the Group. You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and execute the broader strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective pricing and risk management strategies across various platforms to balance profitability and growth.
  • Support current pricing, segmentation, and optimisation models.
  • Monitor performance indicators related to financial, underwriting, and distribution.
  • Create business reports to inform thought processes that drive action.
  • Continuously improve processes and evaluate strategies.
Requirements
  1. Qualified or near-qualified actuary or equivalent qualification (e.g., Maths, Statistics).
  2. Strong modelling skills including experience in performing statistical investigations and building pricing/predictive models.
  3. 5-8 years' experience in a technical role.
  4. Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
  5. Leadership skills within own team and cross-functionally.
