This is a fantastic chance to contribute to the development and implementation of the category strategy and drive business growth through accelerated category depth, strengthened pricing strategy and increased private label and exclusive Brand penetration.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. To develop a strategic category plan to enhance profitability, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  2. To build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to secure favourable trading terms and ensure timely product deliveries.
  3. To identify opportunities to improve product offerings and drive sales growth through effective price and promotional strategies.
  4. To collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of operational and financial plans.
  5. To monitor and evaluate performance against key metrics to inform data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in category management or related field
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
