About the Role

As a skilled Accounts Receivable professional, you will play a critical role in managing our company's cash flow by ensuring timely collection of payments from customers. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills to maintain accurate records, resolve customer inquiries, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cash applications, aging reports, and unapplied credits to optimize cash flow.
  • Process vendor forms for new and existing customer setups, initiating refunds as needed.
  • Analyze and prepare accurate AR aging reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Send weekly AR aging reports and track completion of critical requests.
  • Monitor and manage tasks and targets to meet SLAs and KPIs, driving process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain good professional relationships with clients and team members.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in financial administration and accounts receivable (billing, collections, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Oracle Financials and Remedy ticketing systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) for independent client communication.
  • Able to investigate and solve queries from customers with internal stakeholders.
  • Prioritize and manage expectations with attention to detail and process orientation.
