Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Villa Specialist to join our team at Tech Circuit Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing a selection of luxury villas for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Source and maintain a diverse portfolio of luxury villas that meet our clients' high standards.
  • Client-Specific Sourcing: Identify and secure properties that cater to specific client requests, ensuring a tailored experience for each guest.
  • Client Services: Provide exceptional service and support to clients throughout their stay, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Client Communication: Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with clients, keeping them informed of property availability and any changes.
  • Marketing Input: Contribute to marketing efforts by showcasing available properties and highlighting their unique features and amenities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Concierge Services: Offer personalized concierge services to enhance client experiences, including recommendations and arrangements for activities and services.
  • Database Management: Organize and expand our property and client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to increase departmental revenue, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing effective solutions.
