Project Details
We are currently seeking an Assistant Resident Engineer to join our team at the Mtentu Bridge project. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of this project.

Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will assist with contract administration, including reviewing construction drawings and managing contractor queries.
  • They will also inspect works and test results for quality control, prepare and update estimates to completion, and maintain records of site administration.
  • Additional responsibilities include attending technical and site meetings, contributing to minutes, maintaining monthly progress reports, and liaising with clients and contractors.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in using and interpreting major conditions of contract, as well as fluency in spoken and written English.

Requirements:
  • BSc/BTech (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering.
  • At least 4 years' experience in road and construction projects.
  • PR Eng will be advantageous.
