Shopping Cart Retrieval Specialist

We are currently looking for a Shopping Cart Retrieval Specialist to join our team at Cre8work.

This exciting opportunity will see you working in a fast-paced retail environment where you will be responsible for collecting and returning shopping trolleys from various locations around the store.

You will be required to ensure that the trolleys are clean and in good condition before returning them to their designated bays. Additionally, you will be expected to assist customers with trolleys when necessary and provide exceptional customer service.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong physical abilities, enabling you to move large quantities of trolleys efficiently. You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and return shopping trolleys from parking areas and store entrances.
• Ensure trolleys are clean and in good condition before returning them to the designated trolley bays.
• Assist customers with trolleys when required.
• Maintain the organization of trolley bays.
• Report any damaged or malfunctioning trolleys to the maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and store policies.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to move large numbers of trolleys.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is £20,500 - £25,000 per annum, dependent on location.
