This is a mid-senior level, full-time position requiring technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation maintenance, with experience in conducting line maintenance inspections, ensuring quality standards are met, and performing routine and non-routine inspections and maintenance on aircraft.

The selected individual will be responsible for designing and implementing effective solutions to complex technical problems, while ensuring the highest levels of safety and quality.

A high level of attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Additionally, the candidate must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring the highest quality and standard of inspections are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement effective solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Conduct technical inspections to identify potential issues or defects.
  • Ensure quality standards are met in pre-flight, post-flight, and transit inspections.
  • Perform routine and non-routine inspections and maintenance on aircraft to meet safety and operational standards.
  • Conduct fault finding and rectify faults based on analysis.
  • Perform A-checks, including weekly service checks.
  • Identify potential issues or defects through daily inspections.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities performed.
  • Comply with SACAA requirements and maintain health and safety standards.
