Branch Director

VeriCred Collections is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Branch Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of management experience, with a strong background in debt collection and credit industry. A management degree or qualification is highly desirable. Key responsibilities include maintaining and increasing branch profits, managing financial reporting, motivating and managing employees, and dealing with conflict and difficult debtors. The successful candidate will be a confident, independent, and self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. **Requirements and Responsibilities:**

* Maintain and increase branch profits
* Numerical skills to understand and achieve targets and manage financial reporting
* Motivate and manage employees and performance
* Performance reviews and disciplinary actions
* Deal with conflict and difficult debtors and/or clients in a professional manner

**Qualifications and Qualities:**

* Minimum 5 years' experience in Management
* Experience in Debt Collection/Credit Industry
* Computer Literacy in Outlook, Excel & Word
* Leadership and Administrative Experience and Abilities
* Confident, Independent, Self-Motivated, Responsible
* Excellent Interpersonal and Conflict Resolution Skills
* Management degree/qualification preferable
