Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accessible and relevant mental health and psycho-social support services to students.
  • Offer individual and/or group counselling, workshops, psychometric assessments, and report writing services related to the enhancement of student mental health.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Respond effectively to crisis and emergency situations.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics.
  • Engage in online mental health provision and relevant research to assess programme delivery and impact.
