Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Auditor to join our team at Communicate Recruitment. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and Analysis: Conduct thorough reviews of existing documentation, including process flows, procedures, and operating manuals to identify areas for improvement.
  • Gap Identification: Map documentation to actual departmental and functional activities to identify gaps and areas for remediation.
  • Collaboration and Planning: Collaborate with the Project Lead to establish a prioritized plan for remediating identified gaps and improving internal processes.
  • Documentation and Testing: Work with Heads of Departments/Functions and their teams to document procedures, operating manuals, and process flow diagrams, and prepare testing plans and scripts to ensure key controls and procedural steps are effective.
  • Testing and Remediation: Conduct testing according to prepared plans and scripts, and support corrective actions by updating documentation or establishing action plans with Heads of Departments and Functions to address ineffective controls and procedural steps.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Experience in internal audit and process analysis is essential.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Qualification: A Bachelor's Degree in Internal Audit or equivalent in Management, Banking, Finance is required.
