We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Strategist And Org Change Specialist to join our team at Nedbank. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering large scale business transformations with expertise in digital business models & agile transformations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in stakeholder engagement & facilitation at all levels in the organization, as well as commercial & strategic partnering to business including exceptional diagnostic & analytical capabilities.

They will also be able to design & execute communications strategies that integrate change messages with the overarching strategic change narrative.

In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of an enterprise-wide people change portfolio product vision and strategy to deliver on our people strategy and HR transformation agenda.

You will leverage strong commercial, business, workforce experience, HR & Change domain expertise to successfully lead strategic partnerships with HR Executives, Business, Technology, Shared Services (design, etc.) and the Workforce for success.

This includes leading the design and operationalization of change products and services and embedding these across the organization.
