Job Title: Refrigeration Technician

Rory Mackie & Associates is seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for the maintenance and repair of commercial and industrial refrigeration equipment, including fountain, vending, and freestanding cooling systems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in refrigeration technology and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and perform routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration equipment
  • Manage spares and administrative duties related to equipment maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with company quality requirements and safety protocols
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Trade Test - Refrigeration
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Refrigeration Technician in commercial or industrial refrigeration
  • Competence in the safe handling of gases
  • Problem-solving skills
  • PC literacy advantageous
  • Valid Driver's license
