We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Professional to join our team at Sagen Advisory. As a Design Support Specialist, you will provide expert assistance to our Design Director in a variety of design tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and complete schedule documents based on specifications provided by the Design Director.
  • Update Project Programme based on site reports and updates from the design team.
  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing, lead times, and further product information.
  • Prepare procurement purchase orders and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage delivery timescales and order process of purchased goods.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of design experience and project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and open attitude to new ways of working.

We are open to considering international applicants and offer employment on a contractual basis with notice period security.
