Head of Franchise Development

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the bank's products, processes, and systems, as well as experience in credit fundamentals and preparing credit papers. They should also have excellent communication and relationship management skills to effectively manage key relationships with franchisees at the provincial level.

This role requires a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in deal-making or sales within business or commercial banking, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Commerce or related field.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Drive acquisition, book, and client growth for Business & Commercial Banking within an allocated province.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees at the provincial level.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
