Job Title: Senior Payroll Controller
About the Job:
We are seeking a qualified Senior Payroll Controller to join our team at On Line Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing all aspects of payroll, including calculating hours, deductions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage all payroll aspects, including calculating hours, deductions, and ensuring compliance.
- Administer employee benefits, including medical aid, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and timely payroll records and reports.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee questions about payroll and benefits.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Matric qualification.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Controller, having managed a medium to large payroll of approximately 200 employees.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with payroll processing, utilizing VIP and familiarity with payroll taxes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
