The Office Of The Chief Justice South Africa is looking for a highly skilled Senior ICT Infrastructure Support Manager to join its team. As a senior member of the ICT management team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization's ICT infrastructure, including security systems and solutions.
To be successful in this position, you will need a minimum of seven years' experience in ICT infrastructure support management, with a focus on security operations. A valid technical certificate in firewall or cybersecurity is mandatory, and holding a MCSA: Windows or CISM certificate as an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure, including security systems and solutions.
- Develop and implement IT service management processes and procedures.
