Job Title: Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at ANEW Hotel Roodepoort. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and accounting functions during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with overnight requests and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Balance accounts and reconcile any discrepancies from the day shift
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest transactions and hotel operations
  • Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless transitions and efficient operations
