Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Easy Recruit SA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and repairs, with a focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Communicate with supervisors and superintendents to plan daily work schedules and monitor job performance.
  • Determine repair procedures for mechanical systems and implement them effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Contribute to the development of mechanical maintenance procedures and protocols.
  • Work with the engineering team to implement recommendations from Root Cause Analysis and Reliability Study.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and repairs, preferably in a phosphoric acid plant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and repair procedures.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
