Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of our analytics and software offerings, particularly focusing on proprietary Bluechip IP Products.
  • Facilitate product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for potential clients, highlighting the features, advantages, and functionalities of our solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to grasp customer needs and customize demonstrations accordingly.
  • Serve as a technical consultant to clients, offering insights and suggestions on how our solutions can effectively resolve their business challenges.
  • Prepare and present persuasive proposals, quotes, and responses to RFPs/RFIs in conjunction with the sales team.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to remain informed about industry trends and discover new business development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to relay client feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in analytics, software, and application services to continually enhance knowledge and expertise.
  • Utilize knowledge of competitive offerings to effectively address customer objections to Bluechip Technologies' solutions.
  • Foster relationships with the sales team, partners, and clients to support sales objectives.
  • Assist the sales team in formulating and executing targeted account penetration strategies, as well as developing account-specific product and service sales plans.
  • Articulate and promote the design and value of proposed Bluechip Technologies solutions and business cases to clients, prospects, and management.
  • Evaluate sales opportunities based on customer technical specifications, competition, decision-making processes, and funding availability.
  • Provide technical training for the sales team.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT, encompassing Virtualization, Cloud, Enterprise Applications, Databases, Software Development Processes, Big Data, and Analytics.
  • Proven track record (minimum of 5 years) in a pre-sales capacity, particularly focused on analytics and software solutions.
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of application services, cloud platforms, data analytics, and software development.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to comprehend customer requirements and propose innovative solutions.
  • Solid grasp of the competitive landscape and industry trends within the analytics and software sectors.
  • Possess comprehensive product, technology, and industry knowledge.
  • Good understanding of enterprise customer requirements and proficient presentation skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong commitment to achieving targets and exceeding client expectations.
  • Professional certifications are preferred.
