Cocktail Connoisseur

We're seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails and beverages that exceed guest expectations.

• Develop and update cocktail menus in collaboration with the Beverage Manager
• Create and prepare unique cocktails and beverages that showcase your expertise and creativity
• Provide exceptional service and engage with guests to enhance their dining experience
• Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and consistency in beverage preparation

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-end bar or luxury hotel setting
• Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, and ingredients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification in Mixology or Bartending is preferred
