Job Description

To proactively grow the balance sheet of allocated customers, deliver exceptional experiences and education to a portfolio of clients on wealth creation, accumulation, and overall protection tactics to increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment through contextual Money Management principles.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Apply appropriate sales processes within the area of responsibility to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.
  2. Provide banking and financial solutions across an allocated portfolio of clients.
  3. Execute opportunities to expand the customer base with creditworthy and potentially profitable customers.
  4. Conduct digital client reviews within the context of client engagements.
  5. Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.
