Caregiver Role: Nursery Practitioners

This position requires a skilled and compassionate individual to provide high-quality care and education for children aged 6 months to 5 years.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to build trust with parents and carers, and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Key Tasks:
  1. Document and track children's progress, sharing this information with parents and carers.
  2. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PARENTS AND CARERS TO FACILITATE DAILY LEARNING AND CARE.
  3. Support colleagues in their roles, contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment.
  4. CREATE A NURTURING ENVIRONMENT THAT MEETS THE NEEDS OF ALL CHILDREN, INCLUDING THOSE WITH CULTURAL OR MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS.
  5. Advising the Nursery Manager on any concerns regarding children or parents, maintaining confidentiality where necessary.
  6. Ensuring adherence to nursery policies and procedures, as well as legislative requirements related to childcare.
  7. Maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and hygiene within the nursery.
  8. Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote learning and development in young children.
Working Conditions:

Flexible scheduling available, including 07:45 - 16:30 and 09:30 - 18:15.

£21,056.75 - £24,018.80 DOE.

Monday - Friday.

At least 1 Year of experience.

Level 3 qualification required.
