At ATripleA Recruitment and Temps, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AV On-Site Resource to join our team. As an AV On-Site Resource, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our audio-visual equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Equipment Checks: Perform daily checks of AV equipment in booked meeting rooms to ensure everything is in working order.
  • Equipment Setup and Testing: Assist with equipment setup, testing, and standby assistance for meetings and events.
  • User Training: Provide end-user training on AV equipment usage.
  • Service Requests and Incident Reporting: Manage AV service requests and incident reporting, attending to calls logged related to AV installations.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Carry out regular preventative room checks to ensure all equipment functions correctly.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean various AV equipment, including camera lenses, monitors, and projector fans, and perform tasks such as changing projector lamps and filter cleaning.
  • Reporting and Escalation: Report service escalations to the Ubuntu Service Desk for issues that cannot be resolved onsite.
Requirements:
  • Senior Certificate: Essential.
  • Crestron Experience: Non-negotiable.
  • Audio Visual Installation Experience: Required.
  • Knowledge of Audio-Visual Systems: Essential.
  • Valid Driver's License: Required.
Skills and Qualities:
