About This Role

We seek a dynamic Senior / Lead Human Resources Compensation & Benefits Specialist with a deep understanding of the Sub-Saharan African talent landscape and experience in startup/scaleup culture. This expert will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive compensation plans, including base pay, variable pay programs, sales incentives, and executive compensation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior leadership and the Legal team to ensure compliance with local laws and practices, providing data-driven recommendations to guide decision-making on compensation, organisational structure, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse market trends to inform compensation strategies
  • Conduct job evaluations to design competitive salary structures
  • Design and implement salary surveys to enhance global workforce strategies
