Responsibilities

As a key member of our recruitment department, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging a large number of candidates, collaborating closely with our Lead Recruiter and COO to understand our business's unique hiring requirements. You will maintain professional and timely communication with candidates, delivering a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout their recruitment journey.

Accurate record-keeping is vital, and you will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date candidate records and data in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and generating reports and metrics related to high-volume recruitment activities. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, and proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment, is also required. Proficiency in English is necessary, and proficiency in Zulu, Xhosa, and Afrikaans is beneficial.

This is a remote, full-time role, offering commission on each successful placement made within the company after the initial onboarding month.
