The successful candidate will work closely with developers and business analysts to identify and prioritize testing needs, and implement efficient test automation strategies using Selenium.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Implement effective test automation strategies using Selenium
  • Perform regression testing and validate system functionality

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3+ years experience in software testing
  • Strong experience with manual testing, test case creation, and defect tracking
  • Proficiency in SQL for data validation and database testing
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium for automation testing
  • Experience in functional, regression, and performance testing
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in sprint-based teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is advantageous.
