Job Description:
Dante Group Pty Ltd is seeking an Agronomist with management experience to join their team in the Citrus sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for field trials management and customer prospecting within the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage field trials and ensure successful crop production
  • Prospect new customers and develop business relationships
  • Apply agronomic principles and crop production practices to optimize soil management
  • Presentation skills are essential for communicating technical information clearly and persuasively
  • Certification in BASOS (FERTASA) and AVCASA is advantageous
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis and interpretation are required
  • Strong organizational and project management skills are necessary
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Staff management and budgeting forecasting experience are beneficial
  • Fluency in Afrikaans and English is required

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Soil Science, Horticulture, Plant Physiology, or Agronomy
  • Proven experience in field trials management and customer prospecting within the agricultural sector
