Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Estimations Administrator to join our team at Staff Unlimited Recruitment in Gqeberha.

Responsibilities
  • Create and configure MS Excel sheets for project offers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and update MS Word documents related to project offers, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes required for project offers, fostering strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project teams to gather information from site inspections, promoting effective communication.
  • Craft and coordinate project handover documentation, guaranteeing seamless transitions.
  • Support the development of MS Excel spreadsheets to enhance project costings and offer efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date file structures, ensuring easy access to critical information.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field with high computer literacy in MS Office.
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel and Word, with ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Pro-active work ethic, with willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with goal-driven approach to deliver results.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is R250,000 - R300,000 per annum, depending on experience.
