Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular inspections of accountable institutions to evaluate their level of compliance.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to address non-compliance issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to accountable institutions on AML regulations and risk management best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law or finance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a compliance or law enforcement environment.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the FIC Act and other anti-money laundering legislation.
