About You

  • You have 4+ years of technical support experience and a strong background in network and operating system support.
  • You possess advanced knowledge of networking and troubleshooting, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, LAN/WAN, traceroute, iperf, dig, cURL or related.
  • You have experience working with customers across various industries and have a strong understanding of cloud computing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level technical support to customers through various contact channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and excellent customer experience.
  • Drive initiatives that improve support-related processes and our customers' experience, including creating tutorials, how-to videos, and technical articles.
  • Leverage your customer support experience to provide feedback to internal teams on how to improve our services and work on critical, highly complex customer problems that may span multiple AWS services.
