About the Role:- Provide pharmaceutical care services within the scope of practice.
- Perform day-to-day dispensary administration.
- Administer scripts and/or any other claiming/capturing related procedure.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all profiles worked on.
- Interact with healthcare professionals where needed.
- Resolve problems and follow up on queries.
- Interact with customers via telephone or other means regarding medication and healthcare services.
- Capture scripts received at the Central Pharmacy centre accurately.
- Handle queries regarding prescriptions.
- Manage patient profiles.
- Assist with chronic authorizations.
- Liaise with other departments.
- Perform ad-hoc requirements as per operational needs.
- SAPC and relevant legal knowledge.
- Sound knowledge of the chronic authorization process and procedures.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ethical working practices and compliance.
