We are seeking a skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. An ISTQB certification is mandatory, and experience in Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) and payment solutions will be advantageous.

Your Role
As a Senior Test Analyst, you will play a critical role in our software development lifecycle. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch software products. Your mission is to ensure product quality through functional, regression, and performance testing.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on software requirements.
  • Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure product quality.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
  • Participate in sprint planning and adherence to Agile methodologies.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
  • Mentor and support junior team members in their testing efforts.
  • Engage with clients to understand their testing needs and ensure product alignment.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) on software applications.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Ensure that testing processes align with industry standards and best practices, including ISTQB methodologies.
  • Participate in test automation initiatives where applicable.
  • Conduct performance and security testing where required.
  • Provide detailed test reports and communicate test results effectively to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of testing strategies and processes.
