We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Wildlife Expedition Leader to join our team at Bright Placements. As a Ranger/Field Guide, you will be responsible for conducting game drives and guided bush walks, sharing your knowledge of flora, fauna, and conservation with guests, and ensuring they receive a world-class safari experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Share in-depth knowledge of wildlife and conservation with guests
  • Maintain vehicle and equipment to the highest standards
  • Assist with lodge hosting duties as needed
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols and reserve regulations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a FGASA Level 1 (minimum) qualification, a valid First Aid Certificate, a PDP and Drivers License, and DEAT/THETA Registration (if applicable). You should also have excellent communication and hosting skills, with previous experience in a 4 or 5-star lodge environment preferred.
