Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from an accredited institution, with a strong academic record.
  • Admitted Attorney of the High Court, in good standing with the Legal Practice Council, with a proven track record of success.
  • At least 7 years of post-article experience with a strong background in Commercial Law and Tax Litigation, with a focus on high-stakes cases.
  • Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, with sharp analytical abilities and a keen attention to detail, ensuring accurate and effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in electronic legal tools and software, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues, building strong relationships and trust.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a proven ability to manage complex legal matters and lead projects effectively, driving results and growth.
