Payroll Analyst for Pharmaceutical Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team at beBee Professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for all employees in the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing
  • Maintain payroll records and file payroll taxes
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare payroll reports
  • Assist with the preparation of payroll budgets
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll
  • Assist with the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least two years of experience in payroll processing
  • Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations
  • Proficient in payroll software
