About the Job

The Clicks Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced pharmacy manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading and directing the pharmacy team to deliver high standards of Pharmaceutical care and meet sales and compliance targets.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the dispensary operations.
  • Manage and control all operational activities of the dispensary, including safe and responsible stock management, shrinkage, general housekeeping, and administration.
  • Collaborate with the clinic and healthcare aisle teams to provide a full offering to customers regarding their healthcare needs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the pharmacy team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high standards of Pharmaceutical care.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience post community service year as a Registered Pharmacist with SAPC.
  • Minimum 1 year People Management experience.
  • Registration as Responsible Pharmacist with SAPC.
  • Possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
