Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team as Deputy Store Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of the store.

As Deputy Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the daily operation of the store and ensuring compliance with adidas Retail policy and procedure.
  • Providing training to all associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Assisting the Store Manager in developing staff in compliance with adidas Retail growth objectives.

You will also be expected to support the Store Manager in implementing and maintaining a staff structure that minimizes payroll expense and increases productivity.

A key aspect of this role is evaluating employees' performance on a day-to-day basis and effectively utilizing customer service, training, educational tools, and communication to develop staff in relation to adidas Retail goals.

Maintaining personnel files to Company standards and adhering to all Company systems and procedures are also crucial aspects of this position.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years retail experience and/or training.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and point of sale systems.
