We are seeking a highly skilled Millwright Facilitator to join our team at West Coast Personnel. As a key member of our training department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training programs to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging training sessions, incorporating a range of teaching methods and technologies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist learners with their training needs, providing support and guidance as required.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., education, instructional design).
  • Proven experience in adult education and training, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in millwright trade and possess excellent facilitation and coaching skills. If you are passionate about adult education and training, we encourage you to apply.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum.
