About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Phaki Personnel. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless coordination and support to our Directors.

Responsibilities
  • Engagement Management: Directly inform our Directors of all engagements scheduled in their diaries, guaranteeing they stay up-to-date on their commitments.
  • Call Screening and Management: Screen all incoming calls and manage them according to the specific requirements of our Directors, prioritizing timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Query Resolution: Respond to all queries within 48 hours, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, and promptly address referred queries.
  • Compliance and Process Adherence: Ensure that applicable processes (policies and procedures) are adhered to regarding outgoing and incoming submissions, maintaining a high standard of integrity.
  • Document Preparation: Forward relevant documents to officials or concerned parties two days prior to meetings or as required, facilitating efficient planning and preparation.
  • Administrative Support: Manage petty cash effectively, submitting receipts and change to finance as needed, while also processing requests for procurement of goods and services in a timely manner.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications relevant to the role.
