Our ideal candidate is a Category Manager with product experience who can thrive in a dynamic environment.
Main Tasks:
- Establish and execute the Category strategy across different consumer channels.
- Predict and set Margin levels and Retail Price positioning for the Category.
- Partner with R&D, other business units, and regions/countries on the NPD roadmap.
- Supervise global product development and maintenance within the Category.
- Revamp and maintain packaging layouts for consumer products.
- Coordinate global innovation implementation.
- Standardize best POS practices aligned with the global consumer market.
- Ensure Margin levels and Retail Price positioning meet company standards.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Primary degree in Marketing, Business administration or a related field (MBA or Master's preferred)
- Capacity to think strategically
- Collaborative mindset
- Fluency in English
- Experience in researching and analyzing market trends
- Familiarity with market data like GFK
- Attention to detail with presentation skills
- Awareness of industry trends, competitors, and customers
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong communication skills
