About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Automotive Refinish Specialist to join our team at Route Management (Pty) Ltd. As a vital member of our operations, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Evaluating vehicle damage and determining the required repair services, ensuring accurate diagnoses and efficient restoration processes.

2. Removing and replacing damaged body parts and panels, utilizing specialized tools and equipment.

3. Performing structural repairs on the vehicle's body and framework, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.

4. Preparing surfaces for painting, ensuring a smooth finish and uniform coloration.

5. Mixing and matching paint colors to achieve an exact match, considering factors such as shade, tone, and undertones.

6. Inspecting all work done to guarantee exceptional results, paying attention to detail and maintaining high standards.

7. Touching up minor imperfections in paintwork by buffing, polishing, or applying additional coats.
