  • Stakeholder Communication: Present financial reports and insights to senior management, board members, and other stakeholders.

  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies. Identify and manage financial risks.
  • Vendor & Partner Relations: Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial service providers.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: CA(SA) qualification or equivalent recognized accounting designation.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial leadership role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Leadership Qualities: Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Financial Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of South African financial regulations and accounting standards (GAAP).
  • Risk Management: Strong understanding of risk management principles.
  • Strategic Mindset: A strategic mindset with a focus on driving business growth and profitability.
