Customer Success Accelerator

Talent Sam is seeking a Customer Success Accelerator to drive business growth and expand our customer base. As a Customer Success Accelerator, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities that meet our company goals.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will work closely with our sales team to support them in identifying and generating new business opportunities. This includes making phone calls to customers & prospects to identify new opportunities and booking visits to generate new leads and opportunities.
Responsibilities- We need someone who can use customer data to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- The successful candidate will develop and maintain positive relationships with current and potential customers.
- This role requires someone who is organized and able to effectively manage their time, as well as maintain accurate records of customer information and data within the Sales CRM and other tracking tools.
Reports & KPI's:
- We expect the Customer Success Accelerator to make a minimum number of customer calls per month.
- The successful candidate should be able to book a set number of meetings per month.
- Candidates should have clear communication skills with customers and colleagues.
- A professional and friendly manner is essential for this role.
- The ideal candidate will be adaptable and able to multi-task.
