At The Legends Agency, we are seeking a highly skilled Frost Protection Specialist to join our team in George, WC.

Salary: R 14 200 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced individual to maintain all refrigeration equipment and attend to call outs within SLA timeframes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles, as well as excellent knowledge of refrigeration equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of all refrigeration equipment
  • Attending to call outs within SLA timeframes
  • Providing excellent customer service experience

Requirements:

  • Matric qualification
  • Refrigeration qualification with Trade Test
  • Valid drivers license
  • 1-2 years Customer service experience
  • 1-2 years Refrigeration Experience
  • Gas handling license

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of operational geographical area of operation
  • Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Able to meet deadlines

  • Verbal Communication: ability to express ideas effectively in individual or group situations
  • Conflict Management: ability to manage and resolve conflict situations in the workplace
