Counter Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Counter Assistant to join our team at Staff Unlimited Recruitment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus background and be able to work under pressure at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Manage cash handling and sales transactions accurately
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

• Computer literacy, specifically MS Excel, MS Word, and Email
• Fluency in English and isiXhosa is a plus
• Ability to work Saturdays and be flexible with working hours
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
