Hahhh is seeking an experienced Nurse Education and Safety Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of safety within the organization, reporting out on all entered Safety Intelligence Reports, and coordinating the assignment of tasks and helping resolve technical and operational problems.
This position requires a strong background in nursing education and safety, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams to improve patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Education, or a related field, and a minimum of three years of direct hospital care management experience within the past eight years. A current RN license in the State of Massachusetts is also required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on safety best practices
- Assess and evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to improve patient flow and reduce wait times
