Emporium is seeking a highly skilled Financial Migration Consultant

Salary: R 15,000 to R 18,000 per month

The ideal candidate will have a passion for data migration and integration, with excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.

About the Role:

  • To assist new and existing customers with integrations and migrations of their financial web applications in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible for solving customer cases through various contact channels, including online meetings, telephones, and emails
  • Data migration of client information from previous financial systems onto Emporium's system
  • Building client relationships while assisting them with queries and providing system training
  • Updating system training documents and conducting system training via video conferencing to ensure users have adequate basic, intermediate, and advanced system knowledge

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 with accounting as a subject or a financial qualification (Certificate, Diploma, or Degree)
  • Experience in a financial position would be beneficial
  • Fluent in Afrikaans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple tasks and priorities
