Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, overseeing accounting aspects, and supervising junior staff members. You will work closely with the Manager and Director to plan, coordinate, and complete NAVs (Net Asset Values), and ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate administration and accounting.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
  • Work closely with the Manager and Director to plan, coordinate, and complete NAVs (Net Asset Values).
  • Prepare and implement entity-specific procedures to meet administration and reporting requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact with auditors, coordinating audits and assisting with their completion.
  • Verify that reporting meets entity and statutory requirements, including local law, GAAP, or IFRS principles.

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification, such as CA(S) or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year post-articles experience.
  • Minimum three years' experience in the fund industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering laws.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
