We are looking for a skilled Financial Accountant to drive success in our organization.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating budgets, financial forecasts, and scenario planning, tracking actual vs. budget costs, recommending and implementing financial processes, developing and documenting business processes, continuously improving Franchise Network reporting, preparing month-end reports, investigating and reporting on variances, performance indicators, trends, and financial ratios, reviewing and reconciling monthly balance sheet accounts, managing internal purchases, sales operating stock, and assets provided to Franchisees and owned network facilities, allocating expenses, managing cost center approvals and tracking purchase orders, and supervising junior staff.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounting/Finance, specialization in Logistics, is desirable.
  2. CA(SA) or CIMA qualification is advantageous.
  3. Preference will be given to candidates with 1-3 years of experience in a retail/logistics setting.
  4. Strong Academic Records.
  5. Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
