About the Role

This position will provide comprehensive support to line managers and leaders on all employee relations matters, ensuring that all HR practices are aligned with organizational values and legal standards. You will offer advice and guidance on issues such as discipline, grievances, performance management, and sickness absence, handling complex cases and escalating them when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Employee Relations: Provide expert support to line managers on employee relations matters, offering guidance on disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and performance management.
  2. Policy Management: Participate in reviewing and updating HR policies, engaging with stakeholders through effective communication and consultation to implement required changes.
  3. Consultation and Compliance: Advise on global mobility, redundancies, and restructuring efforts, addressing all legal implications and consultation requirements.
  4. Family Leave and Absences: Oversee and manage processes related to family leave and other types of absences, ensuring all procedures are followed and documentation is complete and accurate.
  5. Flexible Working: Manage flexible working requests, advising line managers on potential business impacts and best practices.
